Xiliang LIU

I got my Ph.D.  from  City University of New York in 2005.  My current research interests include Internet measurements, bandwidth estimation, and traffic analysis. I am also the first-place price winner of 2006 TOYOTA/DENSO North American Oza Tournament in Division A.
